Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक योग्यता)
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of computers and should be proficient in online application processing.
Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)
The selection process will consist of three main stages:
- Preliminary Exam: A screening test comprising of Objective Type questions in English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
- Main Exam: A more detailed test covering English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the main exam will be called for an interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of the written test and interview.
Syllabus for Prelims, Mains, and Interview (प्रीलिम्स, मेन्स और साक्षात्कार का सिलेबस)
1. Preliminary Exam:
- English Language: Reading Comprehension, Fill in the Blanks, Error Spotting, Sentence Correction, Para Jumbles, Vocabulary.
- Quantitative Aptitude: Simplification, Number Series, Data Interpretation, Profit & Loss, Time & Work, Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Mensuration, Probability.
- Reasoning Ability: Coding-Decoding, Syllogism, Seating Arrangement, Puzzles, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Input-Output, Data Sufficiency, Ranking & Order.
2. Main Exam:
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, Computer Aptitude.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Data Interpretation (Tabular, Bar, Line, Pie Charts), Data Sufficiency, Data Comparison.
- General/Economy/Banking Awareness: Current Affairs, Banking & Financial Awareness, Economic Policies, Static GK.
- English Language: Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Sentence Improvement, Para Jumbles, Cloze Test.
- Descriptive Test: Letter Writing, Essay Writing.
3. Interview: Personality Assessment, Communication Skills, Banking Knowledge, Current Affairs, and Personal Experience.
Salary and Benefits (वेतनमान और लाभ)
The salary for selected candidates will be around INR ₹41,000 - ₹42,000 per month, along with other benefits like medical allowances, house rent allowance (HRA), special allowances, and more. Additionally, candidates can avail of facilities like pension, leave, and career development programs.
